Mid-Term Inspection Service
Mid-term inspections give landlords and agents a clear, independent view of how a property is being cared for during the tenancy. We check each room, note maintenance needs, test accessible alarms, and capture photos. You receive a concise report with priority actions, so small problems are fixed before they become costly. How often should mid-term inspections be done?
You set the frequency. 6 monthly is common. Some portfolios choose 3 monthly for new tenancies or 12 monthly for settled, low-risk lets.
What is the purpose of a mid-term inspection?
To record current condition, spot maintenance early, and complete basic safety checks, such as smoke and CO2 alarms. Photo evidence is included.
How long does an inspection take?
Typically 15-30 minutes depending on the size and condition of the property.
How is access arranged?
Agents usually notify the tenant and provide keys. We can meet on site if preferred.
